Idempotency

Safely retry create requests.

Send an Idempotency-Key header (any unique string) on a create. Genaya stores the first response for 24 hours and replays it on a retry with the same key, so a network hiccup never creates a duplicate.

Reusing a key with a different request body returns 409 idempotency_error.
